The Graham Cracker Blog

As you can tell by the heading, this post is going to be all about me...Graham or as dad calls me "Grambo".  The household has been pretty busy despite this crazy heat.

I took some fun pics of the fam all wearing tank tops (aka wife beaters).  I would have joined in, but they didn't come in size 3-6 mos.

On Wednesday, August 28th I had my 4 month checkup a couple of days early.   I weighed in at a whopping 16.1 lbs (90th percentile).  What can I say?  I like my food people. However, I was also 26 inches long which is off the charts tall.  Check out my guns below.

Here's my sister being her usual goofball.

That night after my doc appointment, I took my first crack at food.  Rice cereal.  Maddie warned me that it wouldn't be the greatest thing in the world, but I choked some down.

After dinner I severely needed a bath as I made quite a mess.  Food was all down my neck.  I also took my first bath not using the infant net.

On Sunday, August 26th we did my dedication at church.  Mae Davenport was there and dedicated too.

After church we went out to BobBobs to see Yai Pom and Yui one last time before they headed back to San Fran.

Here I am with my first tasting of food:

Dad got me to try out the exersaucer and I love that too!  Maddie got a new bed at the lake, but I got to pick out the quilt.  I can't wait until I get a go at the big boy bed.

Here's my growth chart.  You can see how Maddie and I compare by going to my Growth Chart page.

Will the Real Ta Please Stand Up

I forgot to give this update...Friday, August 2nd was Graham's first time sleeping through the night! He went to bed at 9pm and slept until 7am! Woo hoo for mom Graham . Of course he's only done it like 4 more times since, but at least we know he can. His typical schedule is to head off to dreamland around 9 and wake up to eat about 4 or 5 in the morning.  Here he is already stealing my toys! He's also starting to enjoy tummy time a lot more and be able to sit in the Bumbo.

BobBob has been giving me driving and swimming lessons.

On August 12th I woke up with this beauty of a nose bleed.  It's only happened a couple of times.

Mason and his parents came over for dinner.  We had a great time enjoying the weather while it was still cool out.

On Friday 8/16, Pierce and I went on a train ride.  We went to Taco Bell beforehand I think I ate the most tacos of all.

The next day, my friend Matthew had his birthday party.  If you look close you can see me hiding in the back of his pantry.

Mom saw this bench and thought about buying it.  It would have been just my size...you can see her keys sitting on the seat.

As you can see, I've started to really like taking care of dolls.  Here are Sam Dog's chew toys that I put into Graham's bath and covered with a blankie.

Graham snoozing away at school:

I love the Royals lately.  Dad took me to another game on Tues Aug. 20th.

The best news of late is that Yai Pom and Yui came to visit.  They came just to see me.  Oh yeah...and Graham.
